For the past 10 years, the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program has been instrumental in cultivating talent, fostering innovation, and building a dynamic global community of emerging insurance leaders. To date, it has empowered over 75 rising stars from across the globe. In this interview series, hear program alumni reflect on their experiences and the enduring impact of mentorship.

The IIS and RGA will post one interview per month in the lead up to the Global Insurance Forum 2024. The event will take place on Nov. 17-19 at the Hyatt Regency Miami and feature a special session with insights from the 2024 RGA Leaders of Tomorrow award winners.
