RGA Leaders Of Tomorrow 2022 Award Winners Announced: Recipients Shed Light on Leadership, Caring for Special-Needs Children, and Mental Health
New York, New York – Sept. 15, 2022: The International Insurance Society (IIS) has named Alexandra Chittock of Gallagher Re the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow 2022 award winner for An Exploration of the Essentials of Good Leadership, a paper examining the components of “authentic leadership” proposed by Rob Goffee and Gareth Jones.
Honorable mentions include Molly Hanzelka of Transamerica for her paper titled Planning and Caring for Special-Needs Children, From Diagnosis to Estate Planning and Nicolas Denys of AXA Group for Mental Health Disorders, Insurability (Life & Health).
Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA), a leading global life and health reinsurer, is a 2022 Global Insurance Forum Gold partner and the sponsor of the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program. The program is designed to motivate a select group of insurance professionals to follow a leadership trajectory. As part of the program, mentees present original papers during a closed session of top tier global insurance executives who serve as mentors. The papers, covering a range of critical industry issues, are published by the IIS. This year, Alexandra Chittock, Molly Hanzelka, and Nicolas Denys, the 2022 honored candidates, will present at the virtual Global Insurance Forum on Oct. 11-13.
